Missionary Baptist Church: Health & Wellness Fair and Fall Festival

The two annual Community Events sponsored Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church are the Health & Wellness Fair and the Fall Festival. These events are to promote unity and wellness to all of Church Families, Neighbors, and Friends. Miss Harriet, the Face Painter, has been a faithful vendor at both events for many, many years; bringing joy to our children as she lights-up each face with her artistic face painting skills.

The Health & Wellness Fair takes place in the spring each year to promote health awareness for needs of children and adults. It provides information from over 50 vendors to address your healthcare needs in a variety of areas including, blood pressure, diabetes, dental, vision, fitness, mental health, blood mobile, mammogram checks, and so much more.

The Fall Festival takes place in the Fall, on October 31st, as an alternative for “trick or treats”. The Festival provides a safe environment for our children to enjoy, carnival rides, games, bounce house, prizes, music, and food. Each family contributes dry and canned food items, which are used to provide Thanksgiving baskets to needy families in our Community. The children and teens leave with a candy bag of their favorite treats!
